The Company does not claim ownership of such third-party media and does not independently verify, endorse, review, moderate, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, safety, authenticity, availability, or appropriateness of externally hosted content shared by users.

- Trafficking involving minors
- Predatory conduct
- Sexualization of minors
- Coercion involving minors
The Company may:
- Immediately remove content
- Preserve evidence
- Terminate accounts
- Report users to authorities
- Cooperate with child protection organizations
- Escalate emergency threats without notice
9. Age Restrictions
Users must be at least:
- 18 years old; OR
- The minimum legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
The Platform is not intended for children.
If the Company reasonably believes a user may be underage, the Company may:

- Moderation systems have limitations
- Enforcement actions may be delayed
The Company does not guarantee:
- Active moderation
- Immediate takedowns
- Prevention of scams
- Prevention of impersonation
- Prevention of abuse
- Continuous platform safety
12. Data Security Disclaimer
While the Company may implement reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee:
- Absolute data security
- Uninterrupted protection
- Immunity from hacking or cyberattacks
- Immunity from unauthorized disclosure
Internet-based systems inherently involve risks.
13. Third-Party Services
Third-party services integrated with the Platform may independently collect, process, store, analyze, or disclose information subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.
The Platform may allow embedding, displaying, linking, previewing, or interacting with third-party hosted content, including YouTube Shorts and other externally hosted media content.
Such embedded or linked content may be served directly by third-party providers and may result in independent collection of information by those providers.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for:
- Third-party hosted content
- Third-party moderation practices
- Third-party privacy practices
- Third-party tracking technologies
- Third-party service interruptions or failures
- The legality, safety, or accuracy of externally hosted media
The Company does not permanently download, reproduce, archive, or claim ownership over third-party embedded media solely by virtue of embedding or displaying such content through the Platform interface unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users acknowledge that interactions with third-party content may additionally be governed by the applicable provider’s own terms, privacy policies, and legal requirements.
14. International Processing
Information may be transferred, processed, or stored in jurisdictions outside a user’s residence where legally permitted.
By using the Platform, users consent to such transfers.
15. Account Termination & Enforcement
The Company may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts:
- For policy violations
- For suspicious activity
- For safety concerns
- For legal compliance
- At the Company’s discretion
The Company is not obligated to restore terminated accounts or deleted content.
16. Data Retention

- Data breaches or cyberattacks
- Lawful disclosures to authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement agencies
The Platform operates solely as a neutral intermediary technology provider. Users are solely responsible for their conduct, communications, uploaded materials, embedded content, linked content, and interactions with others.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, remove, restrict, preserve, disclose, investigate, or report content, accounts, communications, or activity where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, enforcement, fraud prevention, child protection, cybersecurity, or cooperation with lawful governmental or law enforcement requests.
USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT THE USER’S OWN RISK.
18. Changes to This Policy
The Company may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
